
Scrub drying, two-step process (indirect method)
Removing highly stubborn soiling from floor coverings in two work steps using the scrubber-dryer. Suitable for water-resistant, non-textile floor coverings.
Preparatory work
Select suitable products to match the surface to be cleaned (type / square metres) and the type of soiling.
Check, equip and ready the machine and all accessories in compliance with the instructions for use.
Fill the fresh water tank with the cleaning product solution in accordance with the dosing instructions. For machines with an integrated dosing system, fill cold water into the fresh water tank and refill the cleaning product as needed.
Put up the warning sign.
Remove any loose dirt (dust-binding mopping or dry vacuum cleaning).
Wet mop any areas (e.g. corners) that cannot be reached with the machine.
Main task
First work step: Switch on the machine (do not lower the suction nozzle).
Use the scrubber-dryer with suitable pads or brushes to wet scrub (without vacuuming) open area in overlapping passes.
Allow the cleaning solution to take effect, but don't let it dry..
Second work step: Lower the suction nozzle.
Use the machine with suitable pads or brushes to scrub-dry the open area.
Perform a visual check.
Final steps
Remove the warning sign.
Empty the waste water and the fresh water tank, rinse them and leave them open to dry.
Rinse the pads, brushes and the suction nozzle with water.
Replace the pads, brushes and suction lips as needed.
Check the battery level and recharge as needed.
Dispose of any waste.
Clean the cleaning equipment and replace as needed.
